You have to recognize whether your circumstances are of God and leading you to the next place or to His perfect will, or possibly a demonic attack, which is destructive. When the disciples were on a boat, there was a great storm and eventually out of fear they called Jesus (who was sleeping on the boat). He FIRSTLY rebuked their unbelief and fear and then cursed the storm and immediately it subsided. JESUS NEVER CURSED ANYTHING THAT GOD DID. So the storm and the winds were for their destruction and had to be stopped.
